In Rizal province, one of its power plants has been thoroughly monitored for possible conversion into a wind power plant. A propeller wind turbine is to be used. Survey showed that Rizal Province at a height of 10 meters above the ground has a minimum wind speed of 7.1 miles per hour during the month of June and a maximum wind speed of 12.9 miles per hour during the month of January.
