This riddle has been around for some time on internet platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and many people still argue over what the answer might be, as there are many possibilities.

Cranius, the demon in the episode said it was elegant and the most satisfying. Searching up just the definition of peach there were two definitions one of the was “1a: a low spreading freely branching Chinese tree (Prunus persica) of the rose family that has lanceolate leaves and sessile usually pink flowers and is widely cultivated in temperate areas for its edible fruit which is a single-seeded drupe with a hard central stone, a pulpy white or yellow flesh, and a thin fuzzy skin
b: the edible fruit of the peach
2: a moderate yellowish pink
3: one resembling a peach (as in sweetness, beauty, or excellence) ”
It could easily be one of these. Maybe not the edible fruit or the color. And why I didn’t rule out the Chinese plant or tree is because the show is based on Chinese folklore or stories from the country like the language I’m pretty sure. The answer would most likely be simplistic by that I mean not far off from the riddle’s contents.
I think the answer to the riddle is simply to eat the peach. It’s just a peach. I think it’s a riddle meant to make you over think. Tripitaka is annoyed at how easy it was to solve, and the demon said the answer was elegant (simple) and satisfying (tasty). I’d love any feedback if this ever gets seen 🙂
