Who talks to George Wilson and implies that Gatsby killed his wife?

Trivia: Who talks to George Wilson and implies that Gatsby killed his wife?

Nick Carraway
Tom Buchanan
Daisy Buchanan
Jordan Baker

The correct answer is Tom Buchanan

So why is this answer correct? : In F. Scott Fitzgerald’s 1925 novel, “The Great Gatsby,” George Wilson is the one who brings about the end of Jay Gatsby’s life, but it’s Tom Buchanan who helps make that happen. Tom was having an affair with George’s wife, Myrtle, who Tom’s wife, Daisy, accidentally hits and kills while driving Jay’s car. (Daisy and Jay were also having an affair.) Tom slyly brings it to George’s attention that the car that killed his wife belongs to Jay. A distraught George makes the assumption that whoever owned the car must be the person having an affair with his late wife, so George kills Jay.
