Materials PowerPoint Assignment
In this lesson, you learned about a number of different types of materials (composites, polymers, and biomaterials, for example). These were discussed in the section called “Materials: The Basics.”
For this assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation that shows examples of each kind of material and describes their basic characteristics. For each kind of material, you should have two slides: One should have words that describe the material, and the other should have a picture or illustration with an example of that kind of material. (You can have more than one example if you wish.) For the parts of the sections like “Exotic and Strange Materials” that have more than one kind of listing in the title, one set of two slides is fine; in other words you can keep that group together. You do not need to break them up and treat exotic materials and strange materials separately.
