What was accidentally invented by a Dairy Queen worker in the ’60s?

Trivia: What was accidentally invented by a Dairy Queen worker in the ’60s?

Gatorade
Slurpee
Red Bull
Diet Coke

The correct answer is Slurpee

So why is this answer correct? : Convenience stores and Slurpees go hand-in-hand today, but their roots lie in a different franchise: Dairy Queen. In 1959, franchisee Omar Knedlik’s soda fountain was broken, so he placed some soda bottles in the freezer. Dairy Queen customers went crazy for the icy drinks and Knedlik knew he was on to something. He invented a machine that dispensed chilled soda and called it ICEE, eventually licensing it to 7-Eleven in 1965. One year later, the company renamed it Slurpee, although the names are often used interchangeably today.
